US v. Sims, No. 15-10450 (3-7-17)(Watford w/Wallace & Farris). A defendant is on SR.  The court imposes a special condition that he can't use synthetic marijuana.  Is the condition "void for vagueness" since the synthetic drug is not specific and the defendant may not have notice.  "No," said the 9th.  The special condition is not unconstitutionally vague. The court did not err in imposing the condition given the defendant's long history of marijuana use.
